Spring is here and whilst that brings to mind longer days and hayfever for some, many Baysiders will be thinking about their wardrobe.
Just as invitations for race dates start hitting your inbox, Family Life is putting on the ultimate Spring Carnival Show.
From 3 – 6pm on Saturday 14th September the Spring Carnival Fashion Show will be held at the Hampton Community Centre. Guests will be treated to a wonderful afternoon of fashion, high tea, cakes and bubbles.
Family Life CEO, Jo Cavanagh said:
“In the current environment of ‘fast fashion’ and the ‘war on waste’, the once adored past time of shopping has gone out of vogue.
“The only way to enjoy a guilt free shopping spree is when you are preventing landfill and the proceeds of the sale go to helping people in your own community. It really is a win win!
“Another way to enjoy the show is to see some of your own past favourites on the runway. We would love your donations to showcase on the day.”
