Family Life’s Professional Community Hub

Welcome to Family Life’s Professional Community Hub. This forum provides sector partners with opportunities to learn and connect, through training and development activities that inspire placed based, community projects to address complex social issues with, and for the communities we support.

Sharing Knowledge and Expertise

Since 2017 Family Life has continued to build expertise as the ‘backbone-agency’ of a number of Collective Impact initiatives across the southern region of Victoria.

Family Life is committed to supporting the development of expertise across the sector. Our aim is to increase the community capacity to address complex social issues and to do this effectively we facilitate the sharing and exchange of knowledge and to connect and consult with all parts of the system. Community Change – Community of Practice

The Community Change – Community of Practice Series delivers events that engage, educate and empower community stakeholders and mobilise collaboration in the design and development of placed-based solutions to social issues.

Expect to access practical strategies, tools and pearls of wisdom from sector leaders actively involved in creating capable communities via live events and webinars.
