Once you have completed and submitted the form below, you will receive an acknowledgement email. One of our Volunteer Coordinators will contact you to discuss your volunteering aspirations, your skills and the opportunities available at Family Life.
Please note the minimum age for volunteering at Family Life is 15 years old.

All offers for volunteering are subject to the Family Life Safety Screening process, including a Working with Children Check and Police Check. Any person issued with a negative notice on their Working with Children Check will not be eligible for volunteering with Family Life.
