Family Life Service Changes

By Zoe Hopper September 13, 2021

With ongoing lockdowns across Victoria, Family Life has adjusted service delivery.

Service Delivery

In response to Government announcements, Family Life will suspend some face-to-face support at this time. We are committed to keeping families safe and maintaining high quality care and are adapting our service delivery to meet the needs of our clients.

Volunteer Participation

In line with restrictions, and to protect our much-loved volunteers, we are asking volunteers to stay at home for the lockdown period. Please contact the volunteer team if you have any questions volunteering@familylife.com.au

Suspension of Social Enterprise Sites

As a result of the recent lockdown announcement all Family Life Opportunity Shops will not be open to the public. We encourage you to support our online store until such time as we are able to re-open.

Working Remotely

To help protect the health of our staff and to ensure business continuity, Family Life staff are working remotely for the lockdown period.  We have tested our systems so that our clients, stakeholders, members and partners will still be able to contact us and engage in services. All our phones and emails are operational, and as far as possible staff are working their normal hours, so please contact us as you normally would.
