If you’re concerned about your behavior and want to build better relationships with your family, you’ve already taken an important first step by finding us. It takes courage to acknowledge that change is needed.
About This Program
Family Life’s Men’s Behaviour Change Program aims to help you address your behaviour, discuss your personal issues and overcome them in a supportive and helpful environment.
This 20 week program offers group-based support to help you make long term, positive changes to your behaviour.
You will have the opportunity to talk with other men in similar situations about their behaviour change journey so far, and learn how to be a better father, partner and role model.
This program is available at both our Sandringham and Frankston centres.

Benito's Story
Benito was mandated to attend a Men’s Behavioural Change Program (MBCP) at Family Life. Initially, Benito felt like a victim and thought others would criticise him. Over time, he saw the benefits of the group and realised that everyone, including himself, was learning from each other.
The Men’s Behaviour Change Program and practitioner support Benito received were instrumental in creating a healthier environment for all family members.
