About This Service

Family Life offers professionally run counselling services, where you and your partner can discuss and work through any problems and concerns openly.  

Opening hours
9am – 8pm Monday and Tuesday
9am – 5pm Wednesday to Friday

Locations
We offer sessions both online and in person at the following locations:

  • Sandringham
  • Frankston

Fee
Couples counselling is charged based on your capacity to pay. Let us know your situation and we’ll help you find an arrangement that fits.

Family Life’s Family and Relationship Services can also provide safe, government-funded counselling when you need it most. While there is a waiting list, we can prioritise your request based on your situation. This service is available to most couples. Contact us to see if you’re eligible.

Fees are charged based on your capacity to pay. Family Life aims to offer affordable services and will work with you to find a suitable arrangement.

Individual counselling focuses on the individual, while couples counselling specifically addresses issues between partners in a relationship.

The sessions are approximately 50 minutes
