Walk With Me Program

Walk With Me aims to support children from CALD backgrounds in understanding and processing family changes, such as separation, in a safe and age-appropriate way.

About This Program

Through culturally sensitive activities, children are guided to build emotional literacy and body awareness, recognising both physical and cultural expressions of distress. The program fosters a sense of connection, belonging, and cultural pride, helping children feel seen and valued within their unique identities. Additionally, the group supports children in rebalancing roles and responsibilities within the family, promoting healthier dynamics and empowering them to navigate change with resilience.
