Change begins with a conversation. Whether you’re looking to improve your relationships, understand yourself better, or develop new skills, Talk4Change offers a unique combination of one-on-one support and group sessions to help you create the positive changes you want to make in your life.
About This Program
Talk4Change is a free and voluntary program that goes beyond the standard men’s behaviour change programs by offering personalised one-on-one therapeutic interventions alongside group engagement.
Participants are required to engage in 10 x 2 hour weekly group based sessions, alongside 10 x 1 hour Individual Therapeutic sessions, that will run concurrently in order to complete the program.
All participants will undergo an assessment to determine suitability for this program.

Location: The Program is available at both our Sandringham and Frankston centres.
Cost: There is no cost to join the program.
Talk4Change is a voluntary program, and Family Life accepts both self-referral and referral from external providers.
