Welcome to Our New Chair, Catherine Parisi 

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Catherine Parisi as the new Chair of the Board. Catherine brings a depth of experience and insight to the role, having previously served as Vice Chair and Director at Family Life. With over 15 years in the wealth management industry, she is a specialist in investment management, behavioural finance, and multi-generational wealth transition. 

Beyond her professional expertise, Catherine is deeply committed to creating meaningful change in the lives of those most vulnerable. She currently serves as Chair of Regenerate Org, a not-for-profit dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by family violence. Her leadership there reflects her unwavering belief in the power of compassion, community, and resilience. 

Catherine is also a passionate advocate for financial literacy, especially among women. She believes that empowering women with financial knowledge and confidence can transform lives and strengthen entire communities. 

We are thrilled to welcome Catherine into this role and look forward to the vision, empathy, and leadership she will bring to our organisation.

Thank You to Outgoing Chair, Steve Walsh 

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Steve Walsh, who has concluded his tenure as Chair after nearly a decade of dedicated service. Steve first joined the Board in 2016 and has been instrumental in guiding Family Life through significant growth and transformation. His leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment have left a lasting legacy, and we are deeply grateful for his contributions. 

Welcoming New Director, Paul Sweet 

We also warmly welcome Paul Sweet to the Board. Paul is the CEO of Ivan’s Pies and brings over 25 years of experience in building and growing youth-oriented consumer businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit and strategic acumen will be invaluable as we continue to evolve and expand our impact. We are thrilled to have Paul join our Board.
