Family Life is Proud to Announce New Patron – Len Gill

Not-for-profit organisation, Family Life, is delighted to announce the appointment of Len Gill to the position of Patron.

Mr Gill has been involved with the work of Family Life for more than 12 years as an active Board Director and life member.

Family Life CEO, Allison Wainwright, said:

“It is with great pleasure that I am able to announce the appointment of Len Gill to the position of Patron for Family Life. This appointment acknowledges the dedication and commitment Len has had with Family Life since 2008.

“Len’s experience, drawn from more than 40 years in the electricity gas and infrastructure industries as well as vast experience as Chairman and Executive Director for large organisations, has enabled him to provide sound and sought after advice and guidance across the organisation.

“His generosity has been shared across a range of voluntary roles within Family Life including Chairperson of the Board, Vice-Chair, member of our Sub Boards and Committees, Treasurer, donor and community ambassador.

“We are thrilled that he accepted our invitation to be Patron and look forward to his continued support and guidance.”

Len Gill said:

“I look forward to continuing my involvement and support of the great work that they do.

“I genuinely love being involved with Family Life. It is an organisation that supports and transforms the lives of so many children and families doing it tough in our community.”

Family Life is a community service organisation working with vulnerable children, families and communities across the southern Melbourne region.  The organisation, which has been serving communities for 50 years, develops and delivers programs to respond to current and emerging issues in society.
