Welcome to Church Street: Our Brighton Op Shop Grand Opening!

Last Friday, 14th March, we proudly celebrated the grand opening of our 12th Community Op Shop, right in the vibrant heart of Church Street, Brighton. 

Our newest shop has already begun to thrive as a welcoming and inclusive space, offering more than just secondhand treasures. It’s quickly becoming a hub where locals can come together, meet new people, share stories, and feel part of something bigger. Whether you’re browsing for a bargain, donating pre-loved items, or simply stopping by for a chat, there’s a place for everyone at our Brighton Op Shop.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the dedicated team behind this successful launch. Our passionate social enterprise staff and selfless volunteers have once again shown what’s possible when people come together with a shared purpose. Your energy, care, and commitment made this day truly special.

We were honoured to have Zoe Daniel MP and James Newbury MP join us to officially open the Op Shop and share a few words with our supporters and community members. Their presence and encouragement were a testament to the importance of fostering community resilience and engagement.

As we open our doors in Brighton, we’re excited to build new friendships, create positive social impact, and continue growing our community spirit.
