Family Life’s Impact and Strategy Team has recently released the 2018 Performance and Impact Report.
This comprehensive document has been produced to provide an overview of the services Family Life provides and demonstrates how we partner with individuals, families and communities to realise their goals.
Measuring outcomes is part of our long-term investment and commitment to continuous improvement and is something we are continually getting better at. The results it generates gives us insight to better understand our capability and what capacity we have to innovate service delivery and on-board new programs and initiatives.
The report reflects our focus on partnership towards collective impact and staying ahead of best practice service models. The report also reflects our vision to look at the broader systemic changes required within the communities we serve with the aim of focussing our future efforts.
Importantly, the ‘snapshot’ of programs outlined within the document acknowledge that our impact is broader than what we can directly measure.
The Performance and Impact Report fundamentally celebrates the contribution of our 140 staff and more than 380 volunteers who are all making a real and tangible difference in people’s lives.
