About you

You are an OHS professional who is experienced and enthusiastic about all things Safety and Compliance. You possess a mature attitude, attention to detail, are highly organised and work collaboratively with a variety of organisational stakeholders. You value diversity and inclusion and understand the importance of systems meeting the needs of people. You thrive on ensuring that an organisation is meeting, and even exceeding its compliance requirements. Whilst having sound skills and expertise, you demonstrate a growth mindset and a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.

In this role, you will be tasked with reviewing our current OHS policies and procedures, including COVID-19 related workplace regulations, to ensure organisational compliance. You will support leaders to conduct OHS activities, including workplace site inspections, emergency management planning and risk and hazard management reporting.

The Opportunity

This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week) where your health and wellbeing are our priority. This role is based at our Sandringham office for your onsite days, and you will also have the option to work flexibly from home.
