  • Level 6 SCHADS Award, $46.00 – $48.00 per hour (negotiable depending on skills and experience) plus superannuation and 25% for casual loading

The Opportunity

The Men’s Behaviour Change Facilitator/s can be a fixed term or casual role based at our Sandringham and/or Frankston office and provides professional intake and assessment to men perpetrating family violence and co-facilitates the Men’s Behaviour Change Program within the community.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a skilled, passionate individual who embodies the Family Life Way principles to deliver trauma informed support to our clients and achieve positive outcomes for communities. If you have skills and expertise working in the Family Violence space and a passion for working with men who have used violence to support them to achieve positive behaviour change, and ultimately prevent future violence, then we would love to hear from you!
