Eleanor is a qualified People and Culture professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Eleanor has worked across a number of industries spanning not for profit, education and employment sectors in specialist and senior leadership roles. She has expertise in the areas of human resource strategy & leadership, culture & performance, employee & industrial relations, change & transformation and staff wellbeing.
Eleanor specialises in providing strategic people leadership as an executive leader and supports organisations to build and develop a people-focused culture. Eleanor’s key strengths are leading cultural change and transformation, building capable leaders and teams and delivering strategies that support employee performance and engagement.
Eleanor leads innovative approaches to employee and organisational health and wellbeing. She is passionate about developing and supporting mentally fit and resilient workplaces within people-focused cultures.
