The Family Life Board of Directors is a multidisciplinary group with a diverse range of experiences. Dedicated to continuing the work of Family Life for years to come.
The Family Life Executive Group is made up of the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, General Manager Business, General Manager Services, General Manager Community Engagement and General Manager Impact and Strategy. The Executive Group works together to ensure progress of the approved Forward Plan three year directions, and accountability for 12 month deliverables.
Family Life is dedicated to providing an understanding workplace community that exemplifies support, collaboration and communication. To support and equip our people to produce quality services, we have been guided by three pillars of people commitment – Supportive Workplace Community, High Performing Contributors and Workplace Wellbeing.
With the support of approximately 360 volunteers, Family Life is able to leverage government and philanthropic investment as we work together to strengthen local community and build a civil society together. Some of our volunteers have been working with Family Life since 1971, making a significant contribution. Our volunteers offer their time and expertise in various ways to provide vital support in all areas of the organisation.
Family Life gratefully acknowledges the financial grants received from federal, state and local governments, and funding and in-kind support from philanthropic trusts, businesses, service clubs, community groups, schools and individuals.
