  • $93,483 – $97,054 pro rata per annum (negotiable depending on skills and experience) plus superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Frankston / Sandringham with some travel to other sites

The position

The Team Leader Children’s Contact Service (CCS) is a full time, permanent role based at Frankston and Sandringham.

The Team Leader CCS provides effective leadership, supervision, guidance and support to the CCS team including:

  • managing staff performance;
  • supporting team member’s continuous improvement and development; and
  • overseeing the appropriate delivery of children’s contact services to families and children.

The CCS team provide safe, neutral, trauma informed and child-focused supervised visits and changeovers between children and their parents, and other significant persons in the child’s life. The team aims to minimise a child’s exposure to conflict or unsafe situations when parents are separating or have separated. The team also work with families to encourage positive interaction between children and their parents and to support the strengthening of these relationships.
