We are looking for a skilled, passionate individual who embodies the Family Life Way principles to deliver trauma informed support to our clients and achieve positive outcomes for communities.

The Peer Support Coordinator is a part time, permanent position based primarily from our Frankston site. The position plays a key role in supporting the Therapeutic Intervention Practitioners to bridge the relationship between the clinical support provided to the client and the community. The Peer Support Coordinator focuses on creating sustainable, long-term connection to peers and community to continue the healing process and reduce isolation.
A day in the life of this position includes: coordinating internal and external peer support services, engaging clients in broader community support systems, developing relationships by liaising with external services, and facilitating or co-facilitating groups.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual with knowledge of the impact of family violence and trauma to support vulnerable families transition back into independence.
