The position

The Store Manager is a permanent role starting at 30.4 hours per week increasing to 38 hours per week. The role is responsible for the Family Life Highett Opportunity Shop. The Store Manager position is responsible for the effective and efficient management of store objectives ensuring operational efficiencies are met.  The position is also responsible for ensuring Opportunity Shop volunteers and employees are supervised and supported in line with the Family Life Way.
