We are looking for a skilled, passionate individual who embodies the Family Life Way principles to deliver trauma informed support to our clients and achieve positive outcomes for communities.

The Executive Assistant is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract role based at Sandringham and Frankston and provides high-level administrative and organisational support to both the General Manager, Impact & Strategy and General Manager, Services.
A day in the life of this position may include; arranging (and rearranging!) meetings, making travel arrangements, drafting email responses, writing letters, fielding phone calls, attending non-client facing training such as Trauma Informed Principles or Aboriginal Cultural Competency training, developing project plans and undertaking project management tasks, drafting meeting agendas, writing up meeting minutes… but we can guarantee every day will be different!
This is a great opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to utilise their excellent administrative and organisational skills to increase the capacity and effectiveness of the General Managers.
