About the position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Family Life and be part of the fun and friendly Child and Family Team. This dynamic team provides Integrated Family services in the Inner Middle South area of Glen Eira, Stonnington, Port Phillip, Bayside and Kingston, with the aim of providing an enhanced response to families with children under the age of 18 who experience difficulties that impact on children's wellbeing.

 

You will utilise your passion to make a difference in providing a safe and stable environment for these children, and be rewarded by seeing young people and families experience growth and change.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need a tertiary qualification in Human and/or Community Services. You will have experience working with families, children and young people with complex needs, as well as evidence based practice development and social innovation.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Family Life and be part of the Sandringham team. This position will provide administration services to the services teams, including data entry, preparation and maintenance of documents and being the front of house customer service interface to customers and clients accessing Family Life Services. You will utilise your reception/customer service, organisational skills, advanced computer and administrative skills to ensure the requirements of our clients and the Services Teams are supported effectively.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will need a strong customer service focus, working with a team to provide initial contact for customer/clients by phone, and in person. You will enjoy utilising your professional administrative support skills and have a passion for providing excellent customer service to members of the community and co-workers alike. You will have proven experience in a similar role, and be proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
