Creating Capable Communities
Community House
As part of the Creating Capable Communities strategy, a Community House was established at Keith Street Hampton East, in August 2003. The House is fundamental to assisting local people to maintain and develop community networks, friendships and a sense of belonging.

The weekly Homework Club, the craft, garden and cooking classes, the Keith Street Community House and the community Event days all focus on responding to local needs, building social networks and connections and promoting well being amongst families and neighborhoods.
