ISO 9001 recertification news!
We recently achieved ISO 9001 recertification, with zero non-conformances. An exceptional result!
What makes it especially meaningful? Our accreditation now includes Design and Development of programs and services, an “opt-in” element of the standard that many organisations leave out. We chose to include it, because designing programs that genuinely respond to what children, families and communities need is at the heart of what we do – from Talk4Change to Home in Focus to our Community Together approach.
Independent accreditation in this space is external validation that the way we design, test and improve our programs is rigorous, evidence-informed and built for impact.
The auditor’s feedback also reflected what we hold dear:
- A strong culture of staff wellbeing
- Deep client and partner confidence
- Robust governance and mature systems
- A genuine commitment to continuous improvement
